Description of Services:

All treatments are strictly professional massages performed by a qualified massage therapist. (This is NOT a sexual service)

Therapist retains the right to terminate massage at any time for inappropriate conduct from the client. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, harassment or intoxication on the part of the client. If a massage is terminated no refund will be paid to the client.

Advanced Reservations:

We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments a day in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.

Cancellations:

• We would appreciate it if you could cancel 24 hours from your appointment day please.
• If cancellations are not made before 4 hours of your appointment time on the same day a 50% of your treatment fee will be applicable.

Practice Arrival

It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time, if you are later than 20min unfortunately your appointment will have to be reschedule.

Payment & Fees:

• Payment is due after all treatments are completed.
• Service fees listed at time of booking is the amount you will be charged.
• Payments can be made by card, cash or (EFT -Before treatment)
